I ordered flowers on 26th OCtober for delivery to a little girl on her birthday on 28th October. They did not arrive until the evening of the 30th and were destroyed. I have contacted eflorist (who were VERY quick to answer a comment on trustpilot on the 28th when the flowers were due) but have failed to respond to emails, photos and requests for refund, this is now 10 days later and still nothing. Am furious and would never recommend them
