I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, but they didn't arrive on time. I emailed them and they said that they had very high volumes (well duh!) and my delivery would be delayed. I told them to cancel the delivery and refund me - to which they haven't replied. Two follow up emails have gone unanswered. They don't have a phone number to call. I wish I'd never used them.
