I am totally disgusted with Eckman! On 23rd January, I ordered Telescopic Chainsaw & Hedge Trimmer. The Hedge Trimmer arrived but not the Chain Saw. As everyone says, trying to get in touch with them is impossible!! They don't answer my phone calls and they have not replied to my 10 + emails. I think trading standards should look into how this two bit company is run and I would advise anybody not to trade with them
I personally would not even award them 1 star!
