Disappointed with first order as piece was cut into two without prior notice and he second part was cut wider than the first. Tried to discuss replacement second part however it became very complicated as the discussion ended up being by email rather than over the phone as desired. Wasted 2 days in the communications back and forth. Was hoping for better customer service however this is how it was. Asked if they could update their website to confirm anything over 200cm wide would be automatically split. I ended up re-cutting the foam myself in the end.
