I have to say that the whole process from my first contact with Anglia First- who passed me on to EGD- took a very long time. Apparently my initial enquiry was not logged, so the matter had to be explained fully for a second time. Then there was another wait, at the end of which I was told that a spare part had to be obtained. More time passed. Then, very suddenly, I was told that an engineer(correct term?) was on his way that same day. In other words, I was given no notice. Once he had arrived, the work was completed very quickly. I do think I should not have had to make so many calls to get things moving! N. Spruytenburg
