SHAMEFUL SERVICE!!! I struggle to understand how the government chose to work with such a delivery courier. I have paid £14 to get 2 passports delivered on a Saturday from 9am-1pm. It is now 2:30pm and no sign of DX. It takes me 20minutes to get through to customer service, and once I do - DX staff chooses to hang up the phone. Why offer clients the option to pay for a morning delivery if you don't have the capacity to deliver? WHAT IS THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY PARCELS? ARE THEY ON THE WAY OR HAVE YOU LOST MY PASSPORTS?????
