Bad Design and Poor Build Quality
Our new home has a Dunster summer house, built for the previous owner about 3 years ago.
It is falling apart.
Dunster have told me that as I did not buy the summer house from them then they are not interested and have suggested that I contact a local expert!
I did and he has ripped their build quality to pieces. Essentially the structure is not strong enough to support the roof, the walls are collapsing and the doors will not close.
