“Terrible customer service from doodletogs. Used to be good so reordered- big mistake. Strongly advice to avoid. Their branding is all over the place - order from doodletogs but get emails from another company, shipping receipt in another name and this review link email is for petzopia? They don’t reply to emails about lost orders and obviously have taken money at time of order. Director of operations should be fired! What what my opinion is worth - Dr chaudhary.”

“Honestly I can't stop ordering. I ordered something similar on another printing website and I compared to Doodletogs. And Doodletogs by FAR is so much better in terms of print quality. So much more clear and they even removed something that I wasn't able to remove on my logo (a white background) which I loved. I will keep ordering from here!”

“Thank you for my great backpack! First I didn’t receive confirmation once I placed the order, then after I realised about the reviews and I was very concerned. I emailed the company twice and they got back to me straight away. On the 10th day, I have received my order and I am very pleased with it, it looks exactly as I expected, brilliant!! And easy way to design on your website.”

“OK honestly I was going to give a bad review because I didn't recieve a confirmation email and I thought it was a scam.. On the 9th day I still didn't recieve what I ordered but on the 10th day I recieved what I ordered and I'll be honest. I really like how they done it. Its exactly how I wanted it. Love it!”

“I can't recommend this company enough! They've completely exceeded my expectations. I needed to change the shipping address of my order, and customer service responded to me with a new confirmation the next day. Living in the U.S., I expected the delivery time to be a little longer. In 4 days I had received it and it's perfect! I must admit I was weary of my purchase, since the price was so great.”

I was a little worried as I didn’t receive a confirmation email but I messaged the company and they reassured me that the order had gone through and I was likely to receive it within 5-7 days and it came exactly on the 7th day! “Ordered apron with a pocket 17 November. No email confirmation and parcel took longer than the 5-7 days delivery to arrive. Item received was an apron without a pocket. Numerous emails to company to try to get the mistake rectified, each email taking 24 hours+ to respond to. They offered 20% off apron received if I kept it or replacement. As I had paid extra for the pocket apron requested a replacement. Again numerous emails to chase, tried to ring but phone never answered and tried live chat but always off line. Finally received replacement today (7/12/19) and surprise, surprise the replacement is once again an apron WITHOUT a pocket! This company is an absolute joke and I am now considering taking this matter further. Please do not order from this company - you will regret it.”

“It‘s when things go wrong that you can tell good customer service from bad! Lois & Becky were really helpful sorting out a missing part of my tea towel design and even managed to add on a couple of missing spoons & return to me in time for a leaving present! That’s service! You don‘t always get the email confirmation (as others have said) but if you email with details, they are quick to respond.”

“I like it but I really wish we could have full patterns for the entire onesie. If I could add my own design pattern onto the entire onesie then I would actually start buying more to sell to other people. Was planning on adding a bunch of dollar bills as a pattern but it only lets me add one dollar bill and only to one specific spot.”
