My dehumidifier failed after 20 months continuous use. Amazon and DOMU agreed the return and on Monday of this week Francis agreed to replace the item. I called Francis at DOMU and a day and a half later a Brand new replacement was delivered to my door - no quibbles, no discussion just great service. At the same time I’ve had immediate confirmation a refund for the cost of shipping the returned item straight into my bank account. As a retailer of over 40 years experience, this is a model example of how good DOMU’s systems and ethos really are. Thank you Francis and ..... Thank you the DOMU team!
