If I could score it a minus I definitely would. I ordered a parasol and it arrived with a tear in it so I had to wait a week before responses on how to return then another week until they received it and replaced it! Second parasol arrives broken but looking like someone at the warehouse tried to mend it!! Again over another week getting it sent back, then to be told they were out of stock. Waiting for refund and when chased I got an automated response of how to send the item back?!?....they already have it and have had it for over 3 weeks!! Still waiting!! Horrific service, avoid like the plague!!
