The process is systemically slow. I booked an engineer and paid an extra £10 for a next day appointment stating the model and that a new tumble dryer belt was likely needed. The engineer was polite, competent and orderly, but he didn't have the tumble dryer belt and I would be contacted. The quote for the part took 24 hours to appear - first day wasted. Then you have to pay up front for the remainder and THEN they order the part. The part took another 2 days and only then was I able to book an appointment. The closest appointment was in eight days! I am not at all happy with this!
