I ordered and paid for a dog tag on 5th September. I received an email later that day to say the it was being despatched. By 13th September I had not received it, so when I emailed I received a reply saying that it must have been lost in the post and that they would send another immediately. By 29th September, still nothing had arrived, so I emailed again to be told that it would be sent that day. It is now 10th October and I still have received nothing. It is disgraceful that a business can take payment and not fulfil an order. I wish I had seen other bad reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order.
