The service and communication from DNA kids was very good. They were prompt in replying to my initial query and with their assistance during the booking. My daughter was having her 5th birthday party, she had a fabulous time, as did her friends. The only part we were disappointed about was that, my daughter had requested a snow machine but only a bubble machine was used on the day, so she was a bit sad ☹️, plus the entertainer started 15 minutes later than planned, but overall I could not fault the service.
