The quality of our kitchen is absolutely first class. Solid wood, painted in a bespoke colour and all delivered pre built and with doors on. The price we paid for a solid wood kitchen really was amazing and we had quotes from all the other big kitchen companies. No one else was close and colours were restricted. I’d love to give ‘very good’ but there were some pre sales issues. The showroom etc is fabulous but once we’d placed our order we had problems with our delivery being put back but these were due to mechanical issues. I just felt the communication side of things could be improved with the company. Luckily, I did end up in contact with a a manger called Catherine who was fabulous and really helped out to ensure any missed items from our order were sent out the following day. I would and am recommending diy kitchens to my friends.
