Ordered online, nice & simple & chose delivery date. Direct Stoves confirmed all was ok. On day of delivery should have had info from DPD but didn’t (DPD’s continuing fault, not Direct Stoves) and item was delivered. There was an issue with the item and Direct Stoves customer Service couldn’t have been better. New stove delivered in time for the weekend and old stove (suspect transit damage) collected with no drama. I would definitely recommend them on price, on postage (which was free) and most importantly, customer service. If I can use them again, I will. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
