Really pleased with service, delivery and the quality of our new towels is excellent. Disappointed however that after choosing to purchase from Dip & Doze due to thoughtfulness of materials and impact on the planet and workforce that each of the 8 towels I ordered came individually wrapped in non-recyclable plastic. My heart sank a little as I opened the box, surely this is something that could be positively improved.
