I loved the Deed poll, quick and simple. All I required was witness signature and that's it. I didn't even sign it straight away, I had it kept in my draw for when I had the money for passports and all documentation that required to change my daughter's name. When it was time, we surprised her as a present, her godmother signed it and it changed our lives since. Simple documentation, something I could have done but not as quick and elegant as Deed Polls Online.
I would recommend to anyone who needs this.
