I have given 5 stars as the online service was easy to complete - documents arrived quickly and they were accepted by all Organisations including Passport Office and DVLA. I ordered multiple deed poll documents and covering letters and this is totally unnecessary. As you have to visit bank branches in person you only need one document for this - they won't make the change without the updated driving license. DVLA send deed poll document back as do passport office. Online banks (with no branches) wanted scanned copies of the originals. I haven't used a covering letter; and they're all the same so you can copy them if needed. Original deed poll and one copy would have been just fine.
