I first used Dalby gold last season for my wood stove and was amazed how much better than seasoned wood it was (hotter, slower and cleaner burn). Just taken delivery of another create to use on my wood fire oven and again so impressed. I didn't go with the slim cut as I didn't feel I needed thinner logs with my oven but I can split them if needed anyway. Spend the extra money and get quality wood, I won't shop anywhere else now!
