Overall we have and are being provided a good service by the team at Cymphony. Our customers have commented on how quickly the calls are picked up and how polite the team are. On a negative note our customer service delivery has on occasions been impacted by delays in updating new information on to their systems, resulting in individual team members using old information/contact details. However we were so happy with the way that Alison, our Operations Manager worked with us when we need to design a reporting tool for our emergency call outs. She was able to work with their in house team to tweak the way information was captured and reported to us, highlighting which on call team member picked up the call and actioned it.
