I checked in with Custom Planet after not receiving my product when they were supposed to show up. They have a "text us" phone number on the website. They responded quickly and immediately got to work on correcting things for me. My ordered hats were on a tremendous backorder and wouldn't show up for almost a year. They did some digging directly in the warehouse and managed to find the hats I ordered that were leftovers from a previous order! And to make things right, they even threw in an extra couple embroidered hats for the trouble. TREMENDOUS customer support! I would highly recommend using them in the future for similar custom items!
