Nice to know that some companies still care about after care service a few years down the line. I had windows and a composite back door installed a few years back. My back door was not closing properly and a cold draught was blowing through. I contacted CSJ through their Request an Engineer Form. I was contacted a few hours later from one of the engineers who advised he would visit 9am next day. He arrived quite promptly (didnt catch his name). He was polite, helpful in explaining and fixing the problem. He also wore a face mask at all times. Great customer service.
