I booked my family ticket in Feb 2020 and the flight was cancelled due to covid. I asked for evoucher but could not travel due to flight fare is very expensive.
I went back to this company and asked for full refund until today I have not received any.
I sent to the company the reply of the airline but has not acknowledge it.
I have been ringing them every month was promised that they will refund until now I have not received any.
I used to love this company but no anymore.
I will never comeback to this company
