Just had to pay £75 +v to back date/amend my personal payroll run for 2019/2020. Would have thought for approx £90 per month I am paying for Crunch services, Crunch would have initially informed me/guided me through setting up my payroll run, recommended salary to ensure I get state pension entitlements in the 1st instance as part for the service. Im looking elsewhere for 2020/21 as poor service from Crunch!
