I was very disappointed with this booking. Firstly when trying to book was told those cabins sold out would need to go for dearer option which I declined, next day received your mail shot advertising the cheaper deal .then contacted Rebecca’ Rimmer and got cheaper deal. Filled in all passport details etc only to be asked again to repeat. As you know I am a frequent cruiser and will think twice before using you again
