After multiple serious errors with a cruise I booked for my parents, Cruise118 assured me several times that my own holiday was 100% quality checked. Wrong. Our pre-cruise hotel have not got a booking for us. Review on here are skewed - check TrustPilot and you’ll see how many errors they make with bookings.
