Louie was fantastic in providing various cruise options for me and got me a really great deal. As Louie went on paternity leave Amelia helped me complete my booking by finding the best flights possible. I cannot fault their customer service and attention to detail. Only complaints I have is when you are trying to phone back (especially near closing time) you see to get mysteriously cut off with no call back. This happened to me 4 times. Also, a link was sent to me to apply for an ESTA where I would have ended up paying far more for this visa than just using the official USA government website. £41 compared to $14. Massive difference.
