118 are very helpful whilst booking your cruise. But when it has been cancelled once due to covid rebooked for this year they were brilliant. Then sadly cancelled again due to covid, unfortunately then 3 months later still struggling to get money back. That’s when they stop being helpful and don’t want to know.
