Courier Expert were very efficient and handled the enquiry well although I think it would be better if the firm didn't make a charge for the call. The quotation was promptly supplied and it was the cheapest of the three received by a significant amount. After acceptance, arranging for the delivery was very straightforward and the courier arrived exactly when he was due. The company provided email updates of collection which was excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery was late due in part to a motorway accident. However, the courier's satnav took him to the wrong destination. If this hadn't happened, then the delivery would have arrived in the nick of time. The delivery postcode shown on the Courier Express acknowledgement was correct and when checked on Google Earth, correlated almost exactly with the delivery destination.
