Product as described, fast delivery, high quality, good value. What's not to like? Answer: they used the word "love" in their request for feedback - YUK! I normally don't respond to requests that say " we'd love to hear your . . . etc." But I did this time, so I could say this stuff about "love". Am I the only person whose flesh crawls at this usage of the word?
