Absolute cowboys, DO NOT USE YODEL! I sent a parcel that was collected by the courier - who did not scan on collection and it then went missing. The driver claimed it wasn't picked up, but was shown CCTV of the driver collecting it. I would say 'lucky we paid for the maximum insurance' but even though they have admitted it was lost, they have refused my claim on the basis that there was no proof as to what the package contained. Shocking!
