The quality was absolutely terrible and cheap on every item I have held in my hands. Also terribly fitting if you are not very tall, with a very long torso. I don't know how they can charge these prices for fast-fashion clothing of way way worse quality than Zara. I also don't know how you find so many influencers singing their praises, and no one mentions this. You have to pay for the return of the items, so beware if you are not from the UK, as this will be expensive. Also incredulous to find that they have not increased their 14 days for refund policy in light of the current pandemic. If you can't leave the house, you better have someone to go to the post office for you so you can get the refund. I would do not want their store credit option, because I do not want to purchase anything from this brand again.
