I had a display problem after the RAC recovered my SX4 - their electronic OBD system just couldn't communicate with Suzuki's. Colin Appleyard staff identified the problem and reset the BCM using their Suzuki equipment in no time at all. Cue an excessive payment for the Suzuki-only equipment? Not a bit of it - Just charged for the Garage time at standard rate!
