Brought a pair of Tenaya Iati climbing shoes from their Reading shop. Was very pleased with the customer service and advice given on which type of shoes would work best for my foot shape. Prices were a little more expensive than online, but I'm happy to pay a little extra for the advice and the chance to try the shoes before buying. Would definitely buy from them again.
