Beauty Box still not received and terrible customer service.
I subscribed to Cohort based on a comment or review from a beauty writer and the company's professional looking website.
My subscription started on the 3rd of February and I was aware of the one month in advance.
It is now the 16th of March and I have still not received my first box...
Their website clearly says that "your first beauty box between the 5th and the 15th of the following month".
I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Twitter and email. The 0800 number on their Facebook page does not work... It is interesting there is no facility on their Facebook page to write reviews.
I finally received an email this morning to say they are continuing to send out the beauty boxes this week and that they had emailed me - no evidence they sent this as I have checked junk mail etc.
I now fear this is a scam and that the company is genuine. Having looked at TrustPilot reviews, others are saying the same. I also wonder if this review site has been written by them. PLEASE DO NOT SUBCRIBE AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!
