Both technicians were polite and speedy in resolving the situation but I had to call twice in 5 minutes because one problem was fixed. When I checked it out another problem arose hence the second call. Might it be possible for them to wait while the customer checks out the fix to see if something else occurs?
I'm not dissatisfied. It was just annoying to have to do it
