My husband and I was contacted by the Sheffield branch to see if we wanted a loan we said yes so 11days ago we went in to consolidate our credit cards we were told we would get the checks in the post they had not arrived in 7days so I gave them a ring and was told if there not here by tomorrow give us a ring and we will reissue the checks so last Friday I phoned up and was told they wouldn't reissue and I should wait till Monday (I was not impressed by the way I was spoken too ) so my husband phoned and was told it was out of there hands and they would send them direct if the checks didn't arrive by Monday we have phoned today and they are sending them direct ,we hope as they didn't mange to send them 2miles up the road the trouble is as everyone interest is calculated daily so the checks won't cover it .not only that we left card details so they could take the first weeks money out which they did then tried to take another payment out on the Friday, so that got the wrong bank on the wrong day I had phoned up on the Monday when I realised the rest of the loan had gone in the wrong bank account so literally they tried to take 2 payments in one week ,
