The hamper looked good as a photograph was sent. However the gift message had not been included. Therefore the recipient did not know who had sent the gift. It was confusing for the recipient and rather worrying for me. I eventually had to contact the recipient as I did not know if the hamper had gone to another address. Rather disappointing.
