The booking via phone was fast and kind. The cleaners arrived on time but their cleaning standards are mediocre, they did a whole 2-bed flat in not even 2h 30m and their attitude was very annoying when we asked them to clean more in depth with visible evidence of dust/dirt. We won't ever book them again.
