“Firstly excellent customer service, Tristan was brilliant to work with, very patience with finding a slot to come round with hundreds of well kept samples and allowing us time to pick the ones we wanted. The time to receive the carpets was very impressive, Tristan managed to find us slots to work with our house renovation and keep our plan on track. The carpet fitters themselves were very professional and quick! Left the rooms spotless after fitting and even refitted another carpet for us that had been taken up for paintwork. Exceptional service, the carpets themselves are beautiful and exactly what we were after. Tristan's knowledge in picking the perfect carpet for the different traffic areas was greatly received. Overall brilliant product, brillaint knowledge and brilliant experience!!”

“I'm hugely impressed with the product and service from these guys. Tristan is clearly very passionate about customer experience, and he went over and above to make sure I have the most perfect new carpet for my little boys bedroom. From a Covid-safe home visit to the fitting. Tristan went out of his way to get our fitting sorted a whole week sooner than our original appointment, because he understood how stressed we were having the toddlers in our room!! They are obsessed with their lovely soft new carpet and it has made the room so warm too. We're re-flooring several other rooms and there's no doubt that these guys are the best. I had a very average previous experience with Carpetright (who were also more expensive) then a dire experience with another local company before I discovered these guys and am so glad I did!! A local family business who provide impeccable service and stunning product - oh and a good price! What's not to love.”

“Urgent flooring needed due to relative returning from a spell in hospital. Tristan bent over backwards to accommodate us and gave good advice to ensure we had what we needed asap. Followed up by prompt, efficient and experienced work from the fitter Dan who followed all current Covid-19 guidelines throughout. Very reassuring and would recommend using the Bristol Carpet and flooring team to anyone 👍👏”

“Isolated by the pandemic in North Wales, I was faced with the challenge of replacing carpets throughout my Mother's empty flat in Bristol. A Google search led me to Bristol Carpet & Flooring. Communicating entirely by e-mail, phone and post proved straight forward. Tristan was knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout. The new carpets were fitted without drama and for a fair price. I would be very happy to use this Company again.”

“This is a family run business. Tristan and his fitters made it quick and easy from start to finish. He gave good advice they are competitively priced and so pleased with the final result. I also know they always check the flooring from the manufacturer before they come out to fit it so there are no problems, very professional. They kept me informed with dates and times. I would highly recommend them. I will be back. Thank you.”

“In October we had a seriously water damaged wooden floor replaced in our dining room. Tristan was extremely helpful in getting matters sorted out quickly and efficiently. All queries were answered and a quote was provided. The old floor was taken away and replaced by Michael their fitter who did an excellent job. I would recommend them.”

“Hello. We recently moved in to a new house in Clevedon. After all the renovation & alterations were completed we visited Nailsea Carpet & Flooring for carpets & wood floor, they had an extensive choice of both carpets & wooden floors. We dealt with Tristan who was extremely helpful in all matters Tristan came to the house and measured the whole house for both products. The work was undertaken very quickly & in a professional manner. We have since been back to see Tristan for new lounge drapes and also for rugs. I cannot recommend Tristan staff & company highly enough. Well Done Regards John French”

“We have just had both carpeting and vinyl fitted by Bristol Carpet & Flooring Group in Nailsea. We found Tristan to be very helpful in giving knowledgeable advice which made choosing far easier. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the products fitted and the cost. We were pleased to support a local retailer and would definitely recommend paying them a visit if you are looking for new flooring.”

“Tristan came to our home on the same day we called him to look at a wooden floor, laid many years ago, that had suddenly buckled. He knew what the likely cause was and I was happy for him to lift part of the floor to investigate further. Water damage was clearly visible underneath. A big thank you for spending extra time at the end of a working day.”
