Safia was very helpful, and very accommodating with her time when our appointment over-ran on a very snowy evening, and when we urgently needed to sign our wills before our holiday, which involved opening the office for us on a Saturday morning. We went to Clarence Trustees with a rough idea of what we thought we wanted reflected in our wills.
