The only reason I haven’t rated 5 stars is because I had to initiate contact to ascertain why I had not received communication regarding my purchase past the date it was supposed to have been delivered. I was then informed it had actually been damaged and was no longer for sale. As to why I had not been told about this prior, was not explained. Despite this and on making an alternative selection, the service from Alison and her colleagues in the team has been brilliant and I am delighted with my purchase, it will make a wonderful 30th wedding anniversary gift for my husband in May.
