I struggled with choosing a ring from the website as difficult to appreciate size without seeing the ring on a hand, however, after a telephone call I was emailed photos of the rings I liked, and also sent samples of the variety of colours of resins available. This massively assisted me with my final choice. The ring sizer and ashes kit arrived quickly along with a prepaid padded envelope. Regular emails keeping me upto date, and a very quick turn around time. The unused ashes were also returned to me. My ring is stunning and of excellent quality. My overall experience has been excellent, all staff very helpful and caring. Highly recommend cherished urns and can happily say the best customer service I received in years.
