It makes it very easy to identify all of the work that will need to be done on the property and provides clear guidance on the level of concern of any problems identified. The seller and agent might not like them but whoever is looking to get e report do not hesitate to choose them. It will scares you but at least you know that you are not going to spend money on something that going to cause you trouble in the future.
