Brilliant communication and fast delivery but the box arrived bashed and tattered and there was no free gift included, a little disappointed that its clearly been a return that hasn't been checked before being sent back out!
The shoes themselves were brilliant, excellent fit and my daughter loves the dogs on the front, and for that reason I just kept them but probably wouldn't order again.
