Despite making two online contact submissions; using both numbers listed on the website to enquire about a Treasure Hunt… 4 working days on we have heard absolutely nothing. The website indicates they hope to respond within a hour!
It shouldn’t matter we were a small group. We were happy to pay top £££. You never gave us an opportunity. Large or small event, everyone should be afforded the courtesy of a reply. Shameful.
