Very helpful lady answeared the telephone with a cheerful voice . Thought she knew what the problem was from my desciption , She was righ.t Gave me a date only 1 day to wait. a cheerful engineer came ,said no problem . Showed me the worn out brushes had a new set in the van , Job done . Excellent and thank you .Would highly recommand.
