Deliveries are great. However, after cleaning printhead a couple of times I couldn't manage to break carbon line (short sighted) on Kodak coloured cartridge. Once son was permitted to visit (Covid) he used a craft knife but still no joy. Have inserted new black cartridge so at least that works. (I think perhaps the parallel gold chips tend to work better than the "mini-maze" type of chip.)
