I came in and put a deposit on a car on the 4th of august, then got told I’d receive a phone call in the next 48 hours giving me an update on my car. I received the phone call by the Thursday so I though that’s great service, then David said he would contact me on the Saturday to give me an update on the car, I never received a phone call. So I phoned on Monday morning to get an update because I never heard anything, I received a call back by David on Monday night saying he would be in touch on the Tuesday to give me an update on the car and a rough idea when I would be able to pick the car up, I am still awaiting that phone call. Claire from handover got in touch Friday saying that the car would be ready on Saturday for pick up, but she had to do an E sign so she would call me back at 4.30 on Friday to get this done. I never received a phone call until Monday morning. Overall the customer service has been terrible and I will not be using Peter vardy again.
