First of all the shades look great. The connections are a bit fiddly and unlike your youtube video the shades aren't easy to fit. Mine were purchased for a 2012 BMW 1 series and the shades are supposed to fit a 2011 through 2019 model. I suspect compromises were made. The written fitment instructions are also too small to locate the exact positioning of the connections. I haven't tried them yet with the windows open but hopefully they won't fall out
